Shipping and Delivery
Kwok Limited ships shoes to addresses provided during checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on carrier performance, destination, customs clearance, and external conditions. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery confirmation. You must inspect the package and shoes upon receipt.
14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
You may request a refund for eligible shoes within 14 days from the delivery date for any reason or no reason. This is a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. The 14 days period begins on the date the carrier confirms delivery. To be eligible, shoes must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all included accessories. You must contact Kwok Limited at [email protected] to request a return authorization before sending shoes back. Returns sent without authorization may be refused. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item. Kwok Limited is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Refund requests submitted after 14 days are not accepted.
Refund Processing
After Kwok Limited receives and inspects the returned shoes, Kwok Limited will approve or reject the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. The full period from refund approval to funds appearing in your account is at least 14 days. Kwok Limited cannot control third-party processing delays.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. This extended period applies when regional legal requirements, payment regulations, or PayPal review procedures require additional processing time. You agree that a PayPal refund is complete when Kwok Limited submits the refund instruction to PayPal. Kwok Limited is not liable for delays caused by PayPal, your bank, or local financial authorities.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claim for damaged or defective shoes must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact Kwok Limited at [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt and provide clear photographs of the shoes, packaging, and shipping label. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt are not accepted. Kwok Limited will review the claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund. If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, the refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days, and due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use ridingbootsedv.com to violate laws, infringe rights, submit false information, interfere with security, scrape data, introduce malware, or place fraudulent orders. Kwok Limited may suspend or terminate your account for prohibited conduct.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kwok Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Kwok Limited total liability for any claim related to ridingbootsedv.com or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. This limitation does not apply where the law prohibits it.
Governing Law
